Kris Williams, a young queer filmmaker, is hired to reboot Camp Miasma, an iconic 1980s slasher franchise centered around “Little Death,” a vengeful spirit haunting a summer camp.<\/div>\n

Determined to honor the original while reinventing the story, Kris seeks out Billy Presley, the reclusive star and “final girl” of the original film who abruptly quit acting decades ago. Kris travels to the abandoned campgrounds where the first movie was filmed, where Billy now lives in isolation.<\/div>\n

As the two women spend time together, their interactions evolve into an intense, psychosexual bond. They confide in each other about their struggles with intimacy, bodily dysmorphia, and desire. Soon, the boundaries between fiction and reality begin to dissolve as “Little Death” reappears on a real-life killing spree. Immersed in the bloody world of the horror franchise, Kris and Billy are forced to navigate the chaos, blending terror with a profound sexual and personal awakening.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
