Banchong Kosallawat’s first feature film, based on a murder case that took place in 1959. The drowned body of Nual-chavee Phetcharung, a young nurse, is found floating in the waters of the Chao Phraya River in Nonthaburi province. Through an escalating spiral of poignant flashbacks, this dramatic version of the story probes the whys and the wherefores of her murder, premeditated by her lover Athip Suyansethakon, a respected doctor.   (Aliosha  Herrera)
