Pillion follows the life of Colin (Harry Melling), a middle-aged man whose existence is defined by strict discipline and predictable routines. His bland world is turned upside down when he meets Ray (Alexander Skarsgård), a mysterious and charismatic biker. Drawn into Ray’s magnetic world, Colin agrees to become the “submissive” in a BDSM relationship that transforms both his sexual life and his daily habits.
